There are so many apps available now which allows you to input your body requirement targets, and from the data input it will give you a daily exercise routine and meal plan.
5. Weight Training With Household Items

If you don’t have weights or dumbbells you can use items you find around the home such as books or a water bottle. These can be used to do sit-ups or bent-arm dumbbell pullover or squats.
